Q: Can you turn them off at night when you don’t want them to light up?

How do you get the lights to come on by themselves at night? Seems like I have to manually turn on and sometimes that don’t want to work at all.

Q: Our lights will not stay in a continuous on mode. They either blink slowly or flash like crazy. Any suggestions? Think we just got a defective set?

Make sure there is nothing blocking the panel even at night. We had that issue but realized our tiki torch was messing with the panel to light connection.
