Great winter grippers!!
I bought this to replace a worn out pair of the same grippers. We winter hike at least 1 hour, 5 days a week and these grippers are always on my boots. The pair we replaced lasted 6 seasons before they wore out. They are lightweight and easy to slip on, they are comfortable and they stay on your boot. The only thing to be aware of is that the size chart is off. For a ladies size 8 it recommends a size S/M. I needed a size L/XL.I have tried several other grippers and always come back to these.

Works!
I finally got a chance to test these. I Walk/ run 2 miles a day, up and down roads that can be icy. These worked great, not a lot of ice yet here in my area of Wyoming, but I can update later. Easy to slip on, stays in place, didn't affect me walking or running. I'm 70 yo, I do suggest you walk to get used to the feel before you run. UPDATE: These work really good on ice and in snow. Really icy areas go slow if you're running, it does slip a little. Through snow, I've walked in up to 6 in on my walks, it work well. It's a really good, helpful way during winter to continue to stay active!

Perfect for Boise Winters
The media could not be loaded. I purchased these winter boots ahead of the imminent snowstorms but slipped in them left and right in suburbia. So I had these snow cleats shipped immediately and pulled them onto my boots this morning after nearly slipping on some 6 am ice. Pulled up at my son’s school to ice city, where even the teachers and parents were sliding and nearly slipping. Not me. I was the ice queen this morning. No ice skating for me. I was cleated to the ground and able to hold both my son and myself upright. My sister sent me a ring video a little while ago of her walking out of her house and slipping on her butt. No brace. Bad fall. I recommended these straight away.Love how easy these are to put on. The functionality is excellent. The fit is perfect (my boots are a 10w); XL I believe. Can’t live here without these and can’t recommend these more highly.Save yourself some pain and embarrassment, and a possible bad medical bill. Get these ahead of the snowstorm and not after.

Works really well in snow and thick ice
Works really well when walking our energetic dog on ice and snow. You need to take these off when ice has started melting or is patchy mind.

Impressed.... so far!
Got these due to almost slipping on ice during an early morning walk last week. Tested them out for the first time this morning. The temperature was -2°C with heavy ground frost, so the perfect conditions to assess them. Well, I have to say that I am so far impressed. I did not once slip or feel at any point that I would slip. Granted, I have only worn them once and walked just one mile. But, so far so good. It's just a case now of seeing how durable they are. They are surely worth the money as I don't feel you can put a price on your personal safety. I found that they fitted my walking shoes (Merrell MOAB's) very well. I got the size L and they fitted perfectly and at no point did I feel they would slip off.
