Size chart is not accurate
The Small in the size chart says - collar: 11-17 inches, Chest: 15-20 inches. My dog has collar: 13 and chest: 18. This does not fit whatsoever and is way too big. So big that it is not even possible to walk my dog without him falling right out of it.

It's too big for our dog but it's very cute!! Not super flimsy either haven't walked her with the cape yet but it stays on during play and it doesn't bother her either. Feels like a strong material. Worth it!

Even the small size is too big for my dog
For the small size that I ordered for my Yorkie is too large for him and there's really no way of modifying it in order to make it work it's very well built and it looks nice but again be careful of the size that you order
