Although in my opinion not the best product out there the company finally dealt with my query
The hutch is really poor material and after only 3 1/2 weeks it started to fall apart.

Just the job
Easy to assemble. Have sat the house on 2 concrete slabs which meant the run had to be attached slightly lower. It has not affected the opening of the house nor run and looks great in the garden. Although on the small side, I only keep my bunny in there a couple of days a week when I work as he returns home to his 2 decker hotel the rest of the time.

Do not buy this
The hutch is tiny not big enough for 2 piggy's. One maybe OK. Lots of problems with this. 1.it is dark inside where roof lifts up. 2 The door opens into the run which lessens the space. 3. When closing the door you need to clear the bedding away fro. The opening to be able to close the door. 4. If you screw the run top down then you can't reach under to either get piggy's or move an item. Overall poor design and quality I would Not recommend this product. Customer Service is extremely poor as well. Avoid both at all costs.

Please avoid - UK Government looking to bring in new guide lines - these are far too small.
Terrible - far too small for a rabbit that would normally cover 5 miles in the wild (if it had freedom).Thankfully the UK government are looking into bringing measures into the UK to make sure rabbits have a minimum size hutch of 6ft x 2ft, and make it law. This is driven by the Rabbit Welfare in the UK, who work tirelessly to make the lives of rabbits better, rather than suffering their whole lives. The Far East like small because it's cheaper to ship! They don't care about the welfare of these pets - what more can I say - PLEASE avoid.
