Works well for mu use.
I needed a widemouth funnel to pour a liquid from a vessel that doesn't have a pour spout. This works very well, is stable, and I like that it folds up to take up less storage space. I knocked off one star because when it is open the sides of the funnel has creases that collect whatever you are funneling. Since I'm using it for a liquid it's not a big deal, but it might be a problem with a denser product. I have other foldout silicon items that are almost smooth when open, so it can be done. Ball needs to do a little work on this item to get a 5 star.

Handy funnel
I should have bought one of these ages ago, it's perfect!Every few months I make a big batch of broth, and I make too much for me, so I swap jars with friends. I fill jars with excess broth, and my friends bring me clean empty jars to exchange. Usually I use a small 1 cup capacity liquid measure to do all of the work but it takes a while and I always drip. Now I can fill jars (normal or wide mouth) quickly and easily. This funnel also fits a small strainer, so I can strain and funnel in one step. This is highly recommended, and I especially love that it's collapsible. That matters in small kitchens!

Works great. Good quality for a fair price.
I started making yogurt at least weekly and then filling regular mouth quart jars. Trying to ladle yogurt into the jars without making a mess was not possible so I started looking for a funnel. This is perfect. Collapsible is great for storage. The silicone folds fit regular and wide mouth jars securely, and the oval shape allows me to finish off by pouring the last bit. I haven't used it for other things and probably won't ever use it for anything spicy. I've learned that silicone can absorb taste and odor in using my Instant Pot, so if I start canning, I'll buy additional funnels.

Good but not quite great
I make alot of stock broth and soup and prefer mason jars for storage. This is what i keep in my travel kit when i know i will be away long enough to cook. I have another funnel with integrated strainer i prefer for home but its an awkward thing to pack. This goes right on top of my cutting board in a gallon zip lock bag with a knife in sheath all ready to go when i need it. If your looking for a nice space saver funnel for muli size jars (canning or upcyled) this is great. Cleans well, does the job, and hold up under hot fluids.

Perfect! Does just want I need it to do!
Filling mason jars, really anything with a narrow opening, isn't a chore anymore. I weekly meal prep and all meal ingredients, snacks, veggies, fruits, etc. are stored in mason jars in the fridge. That means I'm filling 40+ jars a week and this has really come in handy. I'm only upset that I didn't buy it sooner. I also use it to fill my girls' soup thermoses for school lunches. That used to always cause a mess before the funnel. I also like that it collapses and stores easily in my drawer.

still good to have around and gets the job done
it's much stiffer than the silicone funnel I usually use... and it kinda gives me the impression that if I collapse it and expand it too often, it'll wear out much quicker than it should. But since it doesn't collapse as small as I want, I just don't collapse it at all. Oh well. still good to have around and gets the job done.

I wish I had bought two separate metal funnels
I loved the idea that this funnel was collapsible and the fact that it would work for both wide and regular jars was a bonus. I didn't realize what a mess it would be though. When you use it with a wide mouth jar, the fold fills up with fruit. On top of that, because it needs to work for regular jars, the opening is only big enough for a regular jar (this should have been obvious to me, but I guess I didn't think it through enough). This makes it pointless to use wide mouth jars, because you still have to fill them through a regular sized opening. Finally, when you use it with regular jars, the opened funnel is so tall that it is top heavy, and you have to hold onto the funnel so that it doesn't fall over. This does work, and I don't do that much canning, so I'll keep it, I really wish I had just gone with normal funnels.

Handy!
Very handy for filling canning jars and cups with harder to pour foods. Kitchen space is limited so being able to collapse this for storage is a big help. The silicone part doesn't always pop out to the correct shape the way it should, that's why 4 stars instead of 5,
