Was great out of the box. Did exactly what it was supposed to. However, connectivity became an issue not long after. Looking closer it seemed one of the metal sides wasn't pressing outward like it should which seemed to be causing the problem. I had to open the connector that plugs into the port and sure enough the metal piece that it was supposed to be attached to had broken off. It was clear the spot where it where it was broken off of was way too thin in that spot and is a definite defect. I don't know why this spot was thinner there it almost seems like an intentional defect as there is no reason it should have been from a design/cost perspective, atleast from what I can tell. Fortunately I was able to tinker around with it and use some electrical tape to reconnect the part. I had to play around with the metal and do some bending to make sure it would maintain contact with the port. Took about 30 minutes and was kind of tedious, but I closed the connector back up and everything seems to be working fine again. I just hope I don't run into any problems later...

I need a power inverter to charge my mac incase i need power for it. Now i can charge all my devices at the same time. It has a long cord which fit and work on most cars. Love it has the 2 ports for usb charge in case i need to charge my phone while i am charge my mac. The only thing i don't like my car cup holder are too big for this product which it's too loose. Other than that, this is an outstanding product - highly recommended!

Loved it, charged all my own devices.I would however prefer it it upped the power so I didn't have to use myh power block to fast charge.And the bottom of the "cup is a little too narrow, so when placed in the cup holder it doesn't stay upright, it tips over.

The on and off button does not work with the 12v socket, so if you 12v connection in your car is on all the time like my Mazda 3 2017 , This switch will not work, it will remain on also on this device. Plus the 12 v socket connection does not work well with my escort radar connector. Total disappointment.

Very good work little unit. It's sleek and doubles as a coffee cup look a like.(not that that matters but its cute. It keeps my son suction machine charger and powers his portable DVD player my cell and gps all st the same time. I love it!

It's a toy for a car like so many others . If you are on a road trip or a Trucker , this is the best thing since sliced bread . It will run a laptop , a Garmin , and have plugs to spare . It ROCKS !

We had one tv and a phone connected and it blew a circuit inside or something... used it maybe 30 min.

Just Great! I can connect two devices with USB socket and one with regular electricity socket. They can all get charged and its cooling system avoids damages.
