They work!
Well, I started this weekend. I take the two pills after breakfast. It surprised my appetite. I don’t snack as much nor eat as much at lunch or supper. Day three I sure was using the restroom a lot lol 😂

I did not find that I had increased energy and I certainly didn't burn any fat over the 30 days, despite the fact that I eat paleo and workout pretty much daily. Won't be continuing to take these.

No Results
I hate to write totally negative reviews, but in this case, I feel that I must. After taking these Real Ketones Exogenous Keto BHB ACV Supplement Pills with Apple Cider Vinegar, I have seen absolutely no change in my weight or urine tests. I have a nephrologist, so I do have tests performed regularly. I recently had a urine test. I just can't see how I can endorse a supplement that has absolutely no positive effect on me. I cannot recommend this product at all.
