This tea is not good as it was before. It tastes like simple valerian tea without mint.

This tea works quite well for me, keep in mind that not everyone is the same so, the effects are going to be different for each individual. I read some of the comments about the strong smell, Valerian Root its supposed to have a strong smell, if the smell was not there that would probably mean that the tea doesn't have enough Valerian Root in it but that is not the case with this tea. Overall I think this tea works great for me.

I love this tea at night to help relax and sleep. I always wake up refreshed.

This helps you to calm down naturally. You can drink this throughout the day or throughout the night and it gives you a natural relax state.
