Very hard to assemble
The media could not be loaded. It is good but in the picture it shows 4 slides but I got 2 slides and the floor is very poor quality and the water bottle does not even work

Half of the materials are not inside.
Disappointed after paying 2.9k half of the mentioned stuff is not there inside half broken.

The media could not be loaded. Very good product. Large enough for hamsters to explore. Had difficulty in assembling the product. Called the seller, they immediately sent me the video and that was helpful.The house and wheel was little small, so attached separate ones.

Very nice product. My hamster loves it, but in pic its showing 4 ladders but it contains only 2 ladders.
