The only reservation I have ( and the only reason this product is not getting three stars) is the folding in the back of the shaper. After a while( about a month in) The shaper above the glutes starts to fold in, causing an uncomfortable pinch when you squat, lunge, or perform any movements that require you to lay on your back. Aside from that, it helped me get in shape for my figure competition.

Fits very nice, and is awesome to work out in. The only thing I suggest is you have to wear it on top of your clothing. I thought it was like all other corsets and wore it under my clothing and the material scratched my skin. Other than that its cool to work out, makes you feel skinny
