frozen 16lb turkey to cooked..didn't have to watch over it, great stuff.

Works as advertised. The only reservation I have is that it doesn't brown well. I cooked an 11 pound turkey in it and the top of the turkey wasn't browned at all. The directions tell you to place it in the oven to brown it which kind of defeats the whole ideal of using it. The turkey pictured in the roaster oven is quite deceitful but other than that I like it.

Cleanup is easy for such a large item. The stainless steel outside is very thin and you can see imperfections from the factory from across the room. You will dent the stainless unless very careful. The knob you see in the picture is the only control and it ranges from 'keep warm' to 450 degrees F. No timer or temp probe. I'm very happy with this unit but I wouldn't pay much more than $30. With shipping so expensive (imagine if you have to return it) it seems best to buy locally.
