Didn't Work Well Enough
My husband walks, even when it's almost 100 degrees outside. When I found this, even though it cost quite a bit, I figured that if it would help keep him relatively comfortable, it would be worth it. I planned on using it periodically, too.Pros:1. Fan blows upwards, and that's better than it just blowing in the face.2. It's fairly comfortable. In fact, I can barely feel it when it's on.Cons:1. Even though the seller warns that this won't work like one's AC, for the price, it should at least be slightly cooler than just a regular fan. Inside our house, where the temperature is in the 70's, this thing works great. However, as soon as we get outside in 95+ degree heat, it doesn't feel cool at all. Just like a regular fan, all we feel is warm air, and this is the main reason I docked it two stars, and am returning it.2. The battery life isn't that great.I really wish this had worked, because in the scorching Texas summer, we need all the help we can get, especially outside. If it had been about half the price, we might have kept it as just a fan. However, for almost $50, we want more.

Love, love, love this fan!
I have great difficulty with overheating due to medications. This fan is awesome! During chemotherapy the nurse has to bring me 2 ice packs to use to cool down. Now I just wear this fan and I don’t get overheated! I love, love, love this fan!

Neat idea, but not quite there yet
This is a neat product idea, but the execution isn't ideal. The fans are not very strong. The refrigerator plate feels really nice but it rests right on the spine which gave me a headache after 10 minutes. I think it would work better with 2 plates on either side of the back of the neck.It did keep me very cool in 80-85 degree temps, but didn't do much in 90+ degrees

Ummmmmm...
So got this in the mail was so excited bc I sweat so wanted something to help so here the weird stuff so I contacted the owner whoever the person is and told him that after about 30 to 40 mins it will shut down completely everything turns off and u can't turn it back on so I thought maybe it's dying so I put the charger on it and it was blinking blue well that means it's charged. Weird right.. so instead of him helping me figure it out I swear the person just tells me that the blue means it's charged and if I would read the manual it would tell me. Uh duh that's how I knew what the blue was from the beginning.2nd part is the clip in back that gets a little cold be careful bc the back part blowing stuff out gets hot especially if u put ur head against it not knowing it hurt.3rd doesn't stretch down so blows just on ur ears which I guess is ok kinda depressing. Also if ur inside of course it blows really cold and it's cool but back piece burns u. And if ur outside blows warmish to hot definitely not cold. Definitely different thou.So I'm in the middle on it. I just wish the owner would have taken my question serious. Anyways I hope other people experience is better than mine. Have a great day..

Metal Plate is a good Addition
The semi-conductor metal plate is a great addition to the fans. Fans are not very noisy and have decent power. When it is too hot outside just fans are not enough. The metal plate on the neck cools down quickly and makes a difference.I wish it was a bigger area. Super deal for the price though.Buying one more before our vacation, will put it in use and see how will it do.
