All Natural NOH Korean Kim Chee Seasoning Mix 1.125oz x 4pk

After salting my freshly sliced Cabbage (this time I used Green Cabbage) and letting it set overnight, I drained the liquids and rinsed the wilted Cabbage TWICE. Then I added the entire package of KIM CHEE mix and mingled it through and through. Packed it tightly into quart jars, sealed with a jar lid and ring, and let it sit in fridge for 7 days. This is a terrific Kim Chee and even with regular Green Cabbage, turns out YUMMY!
