adds pain to the cervical
This belt has nylon ribbon as shoulder belt which makes it unfit and hence grip is not tight enough to keep the shoulder straight; when the belt is tightened to fit the shoulder size, the belt rises to the neck and after few minutes starts hurting the tip of the neck. so would not recommend. attempt to correct the shoulder posture would land you with cervical pain.
