I ordered Medium Tall, and it fits me just fine. I am 6 ft, 155 pounds, 32 waist.

Q: Description says 100% polyester, also says 100% merino wool, also says 2 layer cotton. What are these actually made out of?

The Amazon description on this product is incorrect. The Coldpruf Basic Midweight Underwear Pants are constructed of Two-layer construction with both the inside and outside layers being a blend of 60% ring spun cotton and 40% polyester.

Q: What size for a 42 inch waist?

I bought for a 36-38 waist and got the TALL LARGE . They fit great and are pretty stretchy. Would think they would go to a 42 but not positive, I do like them though!!
