First of all, the padding stays in place even after being washed and dried. These bras are also very comfortable. I have purchased at least six of these because they are my favorite bra to wear!

I am a yoga teacher, and wear a lot of sports bras. I have a larger bust and small waist, and sport bras are the hardest to shop for. It’s either not enough support, or a whole bullet proof vest. These are just right. I ordered a small, which fit my 32 DDDs perfectly. Now, you’re definitely not running a marathon with these, but they’re great medium support and perfect for yoga, hiking, pilates, etc. Keeps me locked and loaded when I’m hanging upside down. I now own 5.

I really liked this sports bra but it aggravated an old rotator cuff injury when putting over my head or pulling up. Was sorry I couldn’t keep but my shoulder couldn’t handle it. This style obviously isn’t for seniors. Other than that this is really cute on and would probably work for most sports or running.

Padding or not these fit great. Super comfy for casual wear or gym. As a larger busted lady, as long as you don't jump too much girls are locked in comfort. I am not a fan of the racerback due to annoyance at the fit and general feel overall BUT these, with some slight discomfort are very manageable.

I really like this bra and find it extremely comfortable. The straps are adjustable which is great because I have a small torso. I feel like the padding cups could be a little bigger and itd be nice to have them attached to the bra, but overall, its a really good bra and survived several washes so far!
