Didn’t instantly work at first. We had clicked it a few times, then eventually it did work, but since then there haven’t been any issues. Stays hot/warm for a very long time. Be careful though, make sure you wrap it with something before applying it. Overall, love it, it helps get some pain relief.

Used this for a persistent back issue and reset it by boiling according to the directions about 2-3 times per day. Worked great at first, but after a week a few holes appeared while heating and leaked everywhere, including on my skin which was...unsettl

This doesn't get very hot - I had some SomaCare ones that worked better. I was hoping this would be like that. Pain is gone now - we will see how it works the next time I need to use it.

I am slightly obsessed with these one click reusable heating pads. I ordered the shoulder one and then the multi pack and now I am ordering this one. These work awesome to help with migraines and cramps. The best feature is that they are reusable and super easy to clean up. Each member of my family has their own heating pad and they get used very often. So far they work great with regular use. Once they are activated you just throw in boiling water for about 20 min to reset it to be used again. It is really that simple.
