This is a very firm roller. I also didn't read the diameter of it, so it was too big. But for my physical therapy needs it ended up being too stiff for me. I'm sure for yoga and healthy people using it for exercise, it would be fine though.

I laid this on the floor with the intent of having it work sort of. Omg I was wrong. It feels hard and really kind of uncomfortable on the hand. But immediately my back began to pop, tingle, and basically give the that heavenly euphoric feeling of sweet sweet release. Who need a chiropractor when I have a cylinder to role on... So role on my friends you will definitely love this and the amazing stretch it gives you.

I bought this as a recommendation from my physical therapist. I use it for shoulder stretching exercises at home. I use a similar one at therapy. It is a little bit harder than the one I use at physical therapy. It does the job and helps me do my stretching exercises for my shoulders.

Overall good quality but It is harder than I thought. If you are looking for a gentle soft roller don’t purchase this one.

This product is far too hard. I have no intention of using it.
