It started to discolor, then the strap broke! For the amount of money I paid, I am truly disappointed. I bought another back pack last year, computer bag. Took it to Africa, Europe and it still looks and feels like it did when I first used it.Someone need to contact me about warranty on this thing.Again, for the money we paid they out to supply a better product. Less than half a star for me.Update: I contacted Ju-Ju-Be on their facebook site and they wrote me back asking for a valid receipt, picture and product number. After I provided all of that, they are sending me back to Amazon for my warranty???since I bought the backpack on this site.

Okay, so due this bag not being available..I had to purchase it from another seller here on Amazon. I was so excited and anxious to receive my bag that it seemed like an eternity! I was supposed to wait 2 days but ended up waiting 4 days! Oh the anxiety...lol. but guess what? When I finally had it in my hands, I forgot how long I had waited. I am totally in love with my Blackout Brb :) it's not as big as it looks on youtube videos, or on the jujube model..im not a model, or a petite youtube mom who does reviews for jujube...with that bieng said, this bag looks like a smaller than average sized school backpack..and it is as light as a feather! Lol I love it because I was scared I would look like a school aged teen with a huge backpack, so not the case. I love all the features, Ie; mommy pocket, tech pocket, change pad/ pocket, awesome padding on back/ straps, smooth zippers, the way it can be opened up, the matte black hardware, picture pocket, internal organization, stretchy/insulated pockets, and the fact that it matches with every other print you can think of! Thank you Amazon for bieng so patient and for listening to my every concern. My little guy, husband and I, will love and care for this bag for as long as possible. :D

This comes a part at the seams. I only put limited things in here as I have four kids and know a baby doesn't really need that much. I never carry anything for my other kids so this really only carries a few diapers, wipes, an extra onesie, a bottle and a formula dispenser. The seams at the top of the bag that lay on your shoulders is coming a part. It started a few months after purchasing and got worse as I hang it on the coat rack everyday. I won't be buying another jujube bag...my petunia pickle bottom Cake was just fine, I just wanted something new, and I have had that for over 7 years!!!

Y'all! Seriously - this is the best diaper backpack ever. I have had it for almost 2 years now and I still use it everyday. It is our main diaper bag and it holds everything we need. I love that it has the changing pad in the back and it's easy to wipe down. (Note: don't put the changing pad in the wash, it messes sup the insides of the pad. I just wipe it down and rise in hot water) There are so many color options and its easy to wipe down the whole bag. The side pouches are tight but they hold in your bottles/sippy's securely. I can pack multiple changes of clothes in it, snacks, diapers and wipes, diaper cream, etc... Don't even look for another bag because it won't be as great as this one.

I bought the Duchess BRB for myself to use as a laptop bag, not a diaper bag. I love the print so I decided to give it a try. After travelling with it on multiple trips this summer, I can truly say that I am in love with it! The bag holds so much and the small pockets all around make it easy to store my items where I can find them quickly. The only nagative that I have after using it for several months is that one corner is beginning to wear a bit (turning white where it is rubbing against my back). Other than that, it’s still in great shape. I recently bought a BFF in the same Duchess print to use everyday as my laptop bag and I like it as well but plan to use the BRB while travelling because I really love it!

Not sure what is so special about this diaper bag. I wanted to love it. I initially bought it because it was a nice black backpack that my husband could also carry but still a bit trendy. When the bag arrived, we were unsure why it cost so much. It was not big at all, and it literally looked like the book bag we bought from Costco for $40. I am returning this diaper bag. We ended up buying a Diaper Dude backpack at Buy Buy Baby for $80. It is much bigger, more compartments and does the same job.

This is my third diaper bag, and I LOVE IT. I watched several YouTube videos before purchasing and took the plunge. I love the all black, very sleek and stylish.My favorite feature is the pocket at the top--I put diapers in that pocket and it makes diaper changes SO EASY. No more pulling 15 things out of the Backpack to find the diapers!!It's definitely more expensive than I probably would have wanted to spend on a diaper bag, but so far it's been worth every penny!!My only "complaint" would be the size of the drink pockets. Normally I carry a 32oz water bottle with me, and it definitely doesn't fit. Those pockets are actually fairly small. So I do have to carry a smaller water bottle with me now, but it's not the end of the world.

I absolutely love this backpack. I've never felt so organized in my life! I went from having a nonstop Mary Poppins moment every time I had to find something in my previous bag to being able to find what I need without having to pull it all out. Going out in public with a baby can be stressful; but with this bag, I feel confident that I can handle any situation with ease. However, I only have one child and although this backpack holds everything I need, I would probably need something a little bigger for two or more.

Although quite expensive, this bag is worth every penny. The quality of fabrics and stitching are perfect. The large number of pockets in this bag make it great for organising everything I need to carry with me for my 2 children. I love that the main compartment opens right up so that you can easily access the contents. Highly recommended.

El bolso llego con la tela completamente descolorada y las costuras parecen desgastadas. La placa de metal en el bolsillo delantero rayada y parecía usada en general.El diseño de La mochila esta muy bien con varios bolsillos y compartimentos así que me mandan otra. Eso sí, cuando llamé no hubo ningún problema para resolver el problema. A ver cómo está el remplazo.*** ha llegado el nuevo bolso y está genial. Hay sitio para todo, varios bolsillos, y extras para la mami ( o papi!) como donde guardar las gafas o llaves. Estoy encantada. Es más, muy cómoda de llevar incluso cuando porteo a mi nene!

Sleek and pretty spacious. I'm a mom of two under two and just hate lugging around my giant diaper bag. This backpack helped me organize things so well, I can hold all the same stuff with less bulk! I am mostly impressed by the great quality, gliding zippers and the memory foam changing mat. I would definitely purchase this bag again if it ever wears out and recommend all my mommy friends to buy it!

I ordered this black magic brb, delighted to find the older style with the black and white striped lining (clearly visible in the photos on Amazon) and it arrived today, but it is not the black and white lining but the newer brown lining.So if you’re looking for the older style- this isn’t it, despite the photos.

Backpack style is the way to go! Love this brand, great style and durable quality.I love the all black look, hubby is happy to carry it. Also like the back zippered area for the change mat. Though we use much larger easy to wash Ikea change mats because the standard ones that come with most diaper bags are so tiny.I wish the interior pockets of the main section were subdivided more similar to our old BFF legacy bag. My fault, I didn't read the details as closely because I am already a fan of the JuJuBe brand. Not quite as big as I had hoped, with second kiddo on the way.
