Took 5 days from purchase to delivery with prime. Received mine yesterday.Very tightly packed. Lots of sticky tape. Once unpacked it is not going back into the same box. 15 min to unpack.Clear instructions. Required parts for each step packed separately. 6 steps to assemble. Takes 30 min.Mine arrived with assembly defect. The tension belt inside the wheel housing had come off the wheel. Thankfully the tension spring holding the belt wrapped around the wheel was still inside the bottom of wheel housing. Exploded drawing in the included manual was helpful. Took another 45 min to take apart the wheel housing, find the problem, fix it and put it back.Initial impression after using for an hour. Frame feels strong. Motion is smooth. Very little noise. Fan blowing air back at you can be directed away. Helps keep the body cooled if needed.The biggest negative is the range of motion. The wheel housing needs to be a foot away from the foot rest. Other reviewers mentioned it too. This reduces the portion exercising the leg muscles. The stop is very uncomfortable as the handle bar always ends up bumping the wheel housing.Similar to other reviewers my purpose was to get used to exercising on rowing machine regularly first. To me this seemed to the best one in the $300 range. If I can keep it up for an year I will get a concept 2.Resistance goes from level 1 to 8. Level 1 itself has a bit higher resistance that I expected but not by much. Takes about 15min or about 300 strokes before sweating.In the display, time and stroke count work correctly. The rest are useless.

I like this product, but I do have a serious issue with it. (I'm mostly writing this review for rowers)As noted by other people who have reviewed the product, the machine does not allow one to reach for a full stroke. If you aim to slide all the way up to the catch, your hands hit the machine before your legs have compressed all the way. If the catch was positioned just another foot away, the product would be fine. Unfortunately, if you are a rower, this machine will teach you terrible form.If you are not a rower, it's fine to remedy this inconsiderate design by not sliding all the way up the slide. When I use the machine, I stop moving up the slide right when my hands hit the fan. Basically, I'm doing 7/8 strokes all the time on this thing.Another issue is the placement of the screen, showing stats and what not. The band obstructs the view so badly, it's hard to imagine the designers gave a hoot about the practitioner while placing it. The ideal position is eye-level, so that the placement of the screen actually encourages good form!On the plus side, the the machine is sturdy, easy to assemble, and the slide is nice. The foot holds could be better, but for the price it's not upsetting.Assembling the machine, if you think you're missing parts that the booklet talks about, just check the extra baggies. For me, the assembly manual referenced parts that should have come pre-installed, but that I'd have to remove (then re-attach). Those parts were not on the machine, which left me confused for a bit. The parts were actually packaged in little baggies and labeled with the correct step.I was definitely hesitant about getting a magnetic rower, but seeing as they are the cheapest, this machine offers great middle ground. If you're used to fan resistance, this one has it. For the price, this machine is wonderful. For someone who is a rower, this machine should be approached with the knowledge that it could harm your rowing form, but that it's usable going 7/8 up the slide. the end

After gaining 60lbs since getting married 6 years ago I wanted something to help me get back into shape. At 47 the weight does not come off like it used to and i needed something to handle my 6'4 290lbs. I looked at a lot of different machines and decided that a rowing machine would be best with its low/no impact. With so many to choose from I wanted to make sure it could handle my height/weight and not break the bank. The Sunny Air Magnetic rower seemed to fit what I was looking for. Delivery was very quick and only took 20-25 min to unbox and assemble. Its only been a week but I am so glad that I got this, I have full travel on this machine and no flex in the the rail so it can handle someone bigger than myself. The first workout I was on level2 and thought its to easy,5-6 min later I had worked up quite a sweat and by 10 min I was done and felt like i had really done something. I will give an update in 30-60 days and let you know how it's holding up, I plan on using it every day.

I loved it for the first two months: easy to assemble, nice construction, worked well. But in the last week it got increasingly difficult to pull the handle. I lowered the tension setting dial from 5 (it's 1 - 8) down, but now it's only usable at setting "1". The belt doesn't seem twisted, but something inside is obviously wrong. I sent an email to the company asking for advice. Right now it's unusable.UPDATE: All fixed. I was happy to receive a prompt, courteous reply to an email I sent to the company. The sender requested an image of the receipt and suggested I remove the cover to see if there was a damaged part they could ship to me. It turned out there were no damaged parts, but there was just too much increased friction between the tension adjustment belt and the main rotor. I sprayed a bit of silicon lubricant in there, and -- voila! -- all better. If it happens again, I can just apply some more lubricant through the air vent.

I ordered this product hearing some good things about the model for the price. It setup pretty easily. Problem is there is a metal grinding noise when using it. I contacted Sunny to simply ask what I can do about this. They tell me they do not warranty or support it outside continental USA. That being said I would advice anyone in Canada looking to buy this avoid it, if there are any issues your options are return it through Amazon and it will be a pain because once it is out of the box it is not getting back in there. Not sure why Amazon.ca would even sell this product without warranty and support. Amazon themselves have been great dealing with them and they were surprised as well that there is no warranty or support. Hopefully the whole product line gets removed from Amazon.ca

La máquina llegó con una parte donde va un tornillo rota, por lo que este tornillo no sostiene bien unida la máquina (en la parte donde está la cuerda). Me di cuenta hasta que había terminado de armarla, y volver a armar una máquina tan grande, para volverla a meter en la cajota, y cargarla (con ayuda) para llevarla a una paquetería y regresarla no era opción.Sin embargo, he estado utilizando la máquina así y no he tenido problemas, teniendo cuidado de no hacer mucha fuerza o resistencia y no separar la parte de la máquina que no tiene el tornillo. Sí se siente que ejercitas todo el cuerpo muy eficientemente.

I've been using this for a few months now. I was looking for a little bit of cardio but mostly to try and combat some back issues that have appeared since I got my husky. It's a fantastic machine, feels sturdy, easy to assemble, and gives a good workout. A minor criticism, not enough to lose a star, is that the band rubs a little on the top, not sure if it could have been possible to move the unit up an inch or two, but on the whole quite satisfied for the money.

Muy buen equipo. Funciona a la perfección. Pero hasta donde conozco (porque tengo otros equipos de resistencia magnética), éste no funciona con éste mecanismo. Funciona solamente con resistencia de aire. Ni siquiera se conecta a la corriente eléctrica. Me hubiera gustado que así fuera ya que la resistencia magnética proporciona una resistencia más constante y estable. Con éste mecanismo de aire la resistencia es ligeramente intermitente.

Adjunto foto de como se conecta el dispositivo para que él monitor funcione, ya que no viene en el instructivo (supér sencillo). Armarla me tomó 20 minutos sin ayuda, si tienen dudas hay vídeos en el canal de youtube de Sunny Health.Respecto al producto, yo aprendí a remar indoor con la Concept 2 y tenía dudas sobre esta máquina pues cuesta 1/3 parte. Hasta ahora muestra ser muy buena, eso si la info del monitor es limitado así que para track de distancia, intervalos, cadencia recomiendo bajar una app o seguir entrenamientos en youtube.Vi que muchas personas hablan mucho de la resistencia, yo practico remo de manera amateur (mantener mi peso, cardio y resistencia muscular), es decir un ejercicio de velocidad y resistencia, no para hacer peso para eso es el peso muerto con barra o aparato de musculación. Por ejemplo hago sesiones de 30 a 38 remadas por minuto durante 5 minutos y 2 de recuperación 5 veces, más dos intervalos de inicio y fin de 3 minutos a 20 remadas por minuto (para calentar y enfriar). Para fuerza, con poder total hago 3 invervalos de 3 minutos con recuperación de dos minutos, y una pirámide de 30, 34, 30. Para esto es muy útil el sonido del ventilador (me acostumbre en la Concept2) escuchas la fuerza con que jalas el remo y sientes que das el full. La máquina se comporta muy bien para estos ejercicios, estoy feliz, muy buena compra. Me ahorre 20 mil pesos respecto a la Concept2 y hasta ahora bien. Si hay alguna falla actualizare mi comentario.
