Great pillow!
I have some chronic neck pain. Since I'm a stomach sleeper, my neck was always off to one side, which wasn't helping my neck pain. I was told a body pillow would help me sleep either on my side, back, or kind of a hybrid half side/half back. I had a regular body pillow in my 20's that was filled with normal hypoallergenic stuffing and it flattened pretty quickly, so I knew I needed something with memory foam. This definitely is supportive and comfortable. I also like how it's on both sides of me because if I want to roll over, I'm not struggling to move the pillow with me.There was no smell upon opening it and it reinflated quickly. I'm a bit of a germophobe so there was no way it was going in my bed before the cover getting washed. The zipper looked a little flimsy but I think it's stronger than it seems. The zipper only zips halfway down the legs so I was a little worried about getting it back on but I employed the "poop bag method." Anyone who has a dog will understand but if you don't have a dog, turn the pillowcase inside out, reach in and grab the bottom with your hand and clamp the bottom of the pillow, then turn the pillowcase right side out and slide it up the pillow. You can also put it back on like you're putting on stockings/tights. Scrunch the pillowcase "legs" and fit it around the "foot" and slide it up. Either way works pretty efficiently.Cons: It's been a few months now, I've washed the cover about 6 times and it's definitely pilling. I would like the option of purchasing a replacement cover at some point. There's also a hole tear forming at the inside of the bend. It's not bad and I'll repair it at some point. Seems like a common problem with the design. Lastly, the pillow is filled with memory foam shreds. They do this so you can adjust the thickness to your liking. I would have preferred it to be solid but I also like the idea that these shreds are probably scraps from bed toppers that are being recycled instead of added to a landfill. With that said, the shreds tend to migrate towards the bottom and top of the pillow. About once a week I squish the bottoms to loosen the shreds and the shake the "legs" to move the shreds upward to fill in the middle part. It'd be nice to not have to do that but it's also not that big a deal, takes about a minute. For me personally, I think the pros outweigh the cons. I sleep better and have less neck pain. It also helps support my hips so I'm not achy in the morning. Definitely worth it.

Wow already fuller and firmer
I bought three other fiber filled pillows for shoulder relief before I got this foam-filled Milliard. Only opened up one of the other ones and after 2 days it was still as flat as a pancake so I figured that was going to be the outcome of the other two.I'm returning those and in the interim I ordered this foam filled one. I took it out of the plastic about 12 hours ago and it's puffier and firmer already than the fiber filled one was at 48 hours. Yay! Will edit this review after I've used it.*Edit You can firm up areas by beating the foam towards that area. I have only one suggestion for the company. The top of the pillow is too narrow. You can't really sleep on your side and put your head in that little space -there's not enough room. It needs to be wider - more square than u-shaped.As far as moving the foam around - you can see how I've made the right side firmer. There is now a big area with no foam about 6 in long. By holding the right "leg" up and beating the foam down towards the head I've made it firmer. I'm going to try to beat some foam down on the left side to make the top more of an L shape. Otherwise it might not be usable😢The foam pieces are smaller than dimes and move fairly easily. There is access to the foam at the top of the pillow but it's only about a 10 inch zipper and you couldn't really do much without taking all the foam out. You couldn't get down into the legs to move it towards the head if you wanted that part firmer. Anyway you don't need to cuz you can beat it down. You just keep hitting the pillow in a downward motion towards the area you want more foam.I haven't used it yet.

Helping me sleep better
This pillow is helping me sleep better. I don’t wake up with shoulder pain anymore and am able to find a comfortable sleeping position. Only real fault is that I thought it came with a pillow case, but didn’t.

supportive and comfortable
I flipped it upside down and use my own pillow, putting the u at my feet for the weight. The memory foam stays supportive and comfortable in the night and the weight means it stays put. Putting the U at my feet always means it's easy to push one side away to get up at night. My sleep is so much better with my bed buddy.

I love this pillow.
I'm a side sleeper and before I bought this pillow, I would have to change sides 3 to 4 times per night and each time I would wake up, adjust a couple of small pillows that I used for my knees, then adjust the top sheet and blanket and this movement would often disturb my husband even though we have a king size bed. I have used the Milliard U shaped pillow twice since I received it on December 9. It is so comfortable that I only had to change sides once in the night, both nights. I wear a FitBit and it shows my Deep Sleep and my REM Sleep have increased since using the Milliard U shaped pillow. I recommend it for all people who sleep on their sides.

Decent Pillow
This is a decent pillow and serves its purpose of my purchase. I bought this pillow after having back surgery to provide support for my back and front as a side sleeper. Prior to this purchase, I used 5 standard pillows and wanted to replace them with one.. The reasons for only 3-Stars are: 1) the top where the head goes caused neck pain, so I turned it upside-down and rest my feet on it, using a regular pillow for my head, 2) after a couple of days use, I had to sew up a rip in the center of the internal case to keep the stuffing from coming out, and 3) the external pillow case material is pilling and scratchy, and there are not any replacement pillowcases available.

Amazing
I bought this at around 14 weeks pregnant and by the first night I knew I never want to sleep without it. It's so comfortable! I'm a stomach sleeper and getting accustomed to not being able to sleep on my stomach anymore and I wouldn't be able to do it without this. My husband also loves to steal it while I'm at work so it's great for anyone!

Se ve cómoda
Llegó bien empacada,me hubiera gustado que tuviera un poco más de relleno del lado de la almohada, y que la funda fuera de algodón, es poliéster y esto acalora más
