I believe so, yes. Copied my partners trainers which are also an 8.5. It’s nice you can get a half size these days!

Q: Are these boots stiff? I’d like to use them for cycling and so my ankle needs to move.

They are well padded and quite stiff until they are worn in. I use mine for walking the hills with the dog and they are really supportive.
