Working on me I've come to find a lot of amazing new product.This the one for them glutes for sure. If you want the ham hocks while watching tv at home this is for you. But if you need heavier weight just add a plate or dumbells to your routine.Good places upper body workout

Overall good, but made for shorter people.
Overall the product is cute, I bought the purple and white one. It functions like advertised and really sets up well for Bulgarian split squats and sissy squats. The reason for only 3 stars is, first, because it arrived with dirty resistance straps and two "end cap" pieces were not attached (or had fallen off) of the foot pads. Secondly, I am 5'7" and it is almost too short for me, when doing hip thrusts, if I keep my feet on the platform. It says that a 6ft person could use it, which is accurate if they do not utilize the foot platform but otherwise not so much. Also, though not an issue for me because I intend to use a bar and dumbbells, I figured I'd note that the resistance bands don't offer much, if any, resistance for hip thrusts specifically. However, they will probably be good for shoulder work.
