I was skeptical but based on other reviews I took a chance.My joy con stopped working and it’s going to take weeks to get it back from repair so I decided to give this a try. Currently playing Zelda BOTW and it is pretty comparable. Obviously a little different when you are used to a certain feel and location of buttons but there is no lag and it works great!

Great product works well feels amazing my old control was small and switching between it and my ps4 controllers was uncomfortable but now all my controllers are the same size so the transition is easy

The controller connected with no issues to my steam deck. All functions were tested and worked well. Full 360 degree thumbsticks, not cheap multidirectional ones. I don't plan on and haven't tried the turbo, but everything else felt comfortable. I'm stingy and although no issues were detected, nothing blew me away enough to give 5 stars.

This is an awesome controller for my Nintendo Switch. Good price. It's very responsive and was super easy to pair.

I purchased this controller for use with our family's Switch console. The ergonomics are very nice. It has a textured grip that feels and performs well. Sticks feel a little cheap but have good control and response. Very easy to pair with Switch, just connect via USB cable and go to the pairing screen. It connected right away for us. Press the Home button whenever the controller is asleep to wake it up and then L+R as usual.Battery life is also quite exceptional. We play quite a lot of video games over here at our house, which means controllers tend to stay on for hours at a time. This little thing lasts throughout most days, only needing to be charged overnight.Now, the reason I am rating this a 3 instead of a 5 is a strange issue I am having with the D-pad. It seems that the directions do not always register. I first noticed it while playing Mario Vs. Donkey Kong. When you hold Left on the D-pad and jump, very often Mario will land and stop moving. He won't continue on as expected, even though I'm still holding the D-pad direction down.I did a quick comparison using my official Pro controller and it was night and day difference. A real shame because the D-pad feels nice. If it weren't for this issue, I think I would have preferred this controller over my Pro (which has the very annoying defect common to all Nintendo Switch Pro controllers of registering left and right D-pad presses as up and/or down sometimes.I do not know if ours is an isolated issue or not. I'd happily bump the rating up to a 5 if this issue was somehow resolved by the manufacturer but I'm not holding my breath, nor am I reaching out to even find out about replacement or refurbishment on such a cheap controller. Check other reviews and, depending on how important to you the D-pad is, decide for yourself whether this is the right controller for you or not.
