Great LTE router
Love this, got it for my RV to replace MoFi which did not work with Ring cameras. This one had no issues whatsoever with that. It is awesome that it has 4 SIM card slots (2 per provider) and I can have both my t-mobile and vzw SIM cards in there at the same time, no swapping, and have them in failover configuration. Onboard web interface is easy to understand and very straight forward (I am not using their remote centralized device management, do not need it). Did not try QOS yet, may give that a try later. There are some features for business use (BGP, OSPF etc) which most personal purchasers will not need (unless you have a personal AS Number, which is unlikely :) For personal use - it gets pretty good 4G signal with internal antennas and WiFi power is adjustable.Overall very happy with the device, will update my support experience if I need to reach out to them later.

outstanding device
I set this up in the woods bonding two Verizon accounts together and it took me from not being able to make phone calls to streaming 4k video while talking on the phone. I'm a computer programmer with internet networking experience and it took 4+ hours of research to get all the right parts and set the bonding setup. But its up, its stable and I am very happy with it.

Don't Waste Your Money
There are a lot better and cheaper options out there. This router has a number of things wrong, and the tech support ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. Simply, they don't know what they are doing.1. I was told multiple conflicting things regarding WiFi configuration by the tech. I was repeatedly led astray with incorrect information that he kept correcting with different information. Clearly, this clown didn't know what he was doing. Finally he got so frustrated that he told me "I've done all I can do, the device should be working." and CLOSED THE SUPPORT TICKET. Unfortunately, there is no phone contact at all with this company, so you're at their mercy via a web site.2. The WiFi range ABSOLUTE STINKS. Less that 30 feet from the unit, the signal was 1 bar.3. The documentation for the user interface doesn't match the firmware in the unit.4. The device IS NOT SUPPORTED by Verizon, though it says it is. I tried for a week, with multiple Verizon techs to get service ordered. It shows as supported when you go to sign up for service, but when you try to complete the signup, it tells you that "Your device is not supported". They told me that it should NOT be showing up as supported, because in fact it's not compatible with their network. All in all, a big disappointment. For $500, you'd think you might get someone on the other end who is knowledgable, and genuinely wants your business. Not so with Pepwave.Crappy, garbage device, crappy, garbage people, crappy garbage company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Great find
I use this thread with Visible Network (Verizon) for internet access in my RV. No problem streaming. This router will work with 2 Sims an allows you to bond the 2 for added throughput. Highly recommend subscription for inControl to remote manage.

AWESOME! **EDIT** NOT awesome
**EDIT** 4 months later it crapped out. radio signal is horrid/sporadic, cell slot 2 stopped recognizing a card, overheating.. West Networks is primary support for Pepwave and they couldnt assess the issues, Pepwave was silent. Amazon refunded as "warranty". Dont expect any quality help with this paperweight! Nice concept, worked well for a while.AWESOME cell signal and wifi range! pairing it with a roof antenna (not yet tested) but really good as-is. seamlessly flips between 2 cell providers no internet disconnect. management interface is a little intimidating, havent fully explored it yet but the basic setup and monitor is easy.
