4pets ProLine Crash Tested Dog Crate with Aluminum Frame, Eagle Medium

I ordered this with high hopes, but it arrived broken as well. I will be returning and will order another one. Hopefully I will have better luck this time. I'll update after the new one arrives.Update- The crate itself seemed to be as advertised. Sturdy, safe, appropriate size for my 48lb mix. I never got the chance to put it together b/c it was broken so I'm adjusting to 3 stars b/c it seemed good. I had high hopes for the crate, but arriving broken just really turned me off on it and, fair or not, reflects in my feelings about the product. I found a similar crate of a different brand that also has an escape hatch and I ordered that. It did not arrive broken so I am not going back to the proline.

Incredibly satisfied with this product. Well made and designed. Actually gave my dog more room inside while taking up less room in my car. I now have my back seat back in my Subaru Legacy!! Be ware there is a similar looking product for much less money available but the sides are made of plywood painted to look like aluminum. This is the real thing and especially if you travel a lot with your dog as I do, I would consider this a necessity.

Keeping my dog safe in the car is very important! Excellent product!!

I received the first one as a gift and was very excited about the gift. I opened the box and to my surprise the a plastic joint was broken. I returned the product, which was easy and ordered the the larger Condor. Again it arrived broken in the same spot. I liked the idea of the crate but for $700 you would think the it could arrive in one piece. Clearly the packaging is wrong and/or their is a design flaw. I will not be trying for a 3rd time.
