I have been a heavy bodybuilder for about 5 years now so I know my way around supplements. I have taken Whey, creatine, glutamine, and some other standard (and safe) supplements and continue to do so. A guy at the gym convinced me to buy this stuff because he kept raving about the huge gains it gets him and how great it works.Let me tell you, this is arguably the worst product on the market of bodybuilding today.My body is used to supplements, heavy weight lifting, and excercise in general being as I have been doing it for long. After taking the second dose of this, I felt like my heart will rip in two. I had sleepless nights, my heart constantly hurt, I was sweating from sun up to sun down, and I had a feeling of fatigue and migrane all through the day. I stopped taking the substance after those two doses and all the symptoms went away. After reading into the ingredients I noticed this contained arginine. Now, arginine works in terms of muscle building, but it also is linked to heart failure by dozens of studies. It forces your blood clots to open up to strengthen the flow (if this sounds like it bad for you, it is). The recent (December 2006) issue of Mens Health had a tab dvoted to arginine and how dangerous it is as well if you are interested.Please, stay away from this substance or anything else with arginine. I realize that listening to a guy you never met that is babbling online isn't the most convincing case, but learn of my example, this stuff will mess with your health if you're lucky, it'll kill you if you aren't.

I went from a 255lbs bench by 5 to 315lbs. by 3 in under six months. What I like most about this product is that it contains no caffeine therefore your pumps wont become less the more you use this product. Also the fact that it contains arginine is so that your body will produce more Nitrogen Monoxide (NO), which is a precursor to muscle building. Therefore, you're blood vessels will become larger as more Oxygen and NO enter into your muscles thereby making them denser (i.e. stronger).The only bad aspect of this supplement is that there is only one flavor currently and it takes a little getting used too. But if you try this product you will not be disappointed.
