i have had this over at least 8 years. I have had 2: The first model of this was 1.5 qt, and this is second generation of 2 qt.The first one I got it from Chinese supermarket since I had been looking for one for a while. Back then the pots in Chinese supermarket were super leaky. Since Koreans has a lot clay pot dishes, why not try? It turned out that this one really exceeded my expectations. I mostly use it to make soup, and everything is just so perfectly cooked in every way - perfect texture, and it preserves all the flavors somehow. I have tried to use all other pots, and trust me, nothing is the same. It has become my perfect heavy soup pot. Usually I cook it to boil, and turned off the stove. Let it sit and continue cooking itself. For most part that's all it takes unless it's something like big chunky bones.I just follow the instructions to use: never turn up the stove higher than medium and always has liquid in the pot. To clean it I just put water inside and boil, wipe it clean while the pot is warm with sponges. Until one day I forgot it on the stove and the bottom of the pot was completely burnt. I saw small crack lines on the bottom and even though surface was still sealed fine. At that point I decided to get my second one through Amazon, since all the local supermarket sold out, and I got the last one in stock.I thought Neoflam stopped making it, and I am glad to see this is still around (yay). Hope you enjoy this one as much as I have.

Perfect size for two people. Goes from fridge to oven safely. It also looks just so cute on my display counter.

I just got the pot home and it is lovely. I plan to use it soon and will write a follow up review after I cook with it. For now, I am just enjoying the look of it and tried it out, size wise, to see if and it will fit into my 6 qt. instant Pot! Updated 5/23/19: this casserole pot is so practical. Its the perfect size for reheating leftovers for one. I found it very easy to clean.
