American Metalcraft 3612 Wood Pizza Peel with 23" Handle, 13" x 12" Blade

A suggestion, the handle is very long. but it works, if you make it shorter people at home will use it easily, the handle on mine will be short because most people's kitchen do not have that much space. overall is a nice product .

This peel is perfect for my little outdoor oven although the wood is fairly soft and needed sanding.

Pizza into oven works great

These are very well made. I have purchased some other wooden peels and these are all very uniform and good looking. I won't buy another wooden peel unless it is American Metalcraft.

Great peel, treated with some butcher block oil, cleans easy and hasnt warped.

Exactly what you expect to receive

Haven't used it much yet, but seems like a good peel. A bit rough finish, so I'll sand it finer myself.

you can find this product on many sites, but all are more expensive and there is no company I trust more than Amazon. If you need a pizza peel, why go anywhere else?

I only bought this oversized pizza peel because the price was only $13.14 (a return). I'll need to shorten the handle so I don't catch it on the table in front of the oven, but for that price I couldn't go wrong. I have not used it yet, so my review is does not speak to the utility or longevity of the item. It appears to be good quality and with proper maintenance (and finding somewhere to store it when not use, because it's a big item, even after I shorten the handle, lol.) I will treat with butcher block oil before using, as suggested by another reviewer.

Troppo spessa, ne abbiamo una fatta da noi alla buona ma è molto più sottile e maneggevole, questo non è il massimo ma tutto sommato meglio della pala d'acciaio..

Good quality item, the dough drops very well.

This is a great pizza peel. It is well made. I plan on buying the metal version also.
