Great screen and good customer service.

Had an issue with the screen however they sent out a new one which worked perfectly fine and also refunded me for my troubles.

The product doesn’t fit properly on the phones housing DO NOT BUY!

It's been a while since I replaced an iPhone screen. The last time I broke my screen, I bought and replaced it with an aftermarket screen that had good reviews. My daughter, sister-n-law, and mother-in-law knew that I had successfully replaced mine, so naturally, when they broke theirs they solicited my help. I just had them buy the replacement screens and bring them to me for repair. This gave me the opportunity to see several different brands and how they performed. I was never thrilled with any of them. A couple of them were higher profile than OEM, so there was a lip around the edges instead of the tight fit and finish of the Retina display. NONE of them came even close to the sharpness and clarity of the Retina - some were off color severely or they just weren't very bright, or both. One wasn't very responsive, like the capacitive touch sensors in the screen were not stable, so sometimes you would swipe and nothing would happen. SO, when my daughter and my son were horsing around the other night and my daughter's iPhone Xs hit the floor and shattered the screen, I told her we could go to Apple and fork over $200, we could go to Ubreak-iFix for $150, or we can buy one on Amazon for $50-$60 and just deal with a so-so screen until we get new phones in the fall. Since she was paying out of her own pocket, she opted for the $50-$60 option with the expectation that the performance will be somewhat muted. I ordered this one from HYSservice and just installed it last night. Wow! Very surprised by this screen. After installation, we fired it up next to my Xs and did a side-by-side comparison and were VERY impressed. Very bright and crisp! The colors are vivid, with good contrast. They weren't exactly the same as the Retina, but that doesn't mean bad. For example, the lime green of the iMessage app was ever so slightly more intense than the Retina, but not over-done in any way, shape or form. Blacks were inky black and the overall color balance is well done. Finally, the capacitive touch works great and is equally responsive as the Retina. Taps/touch's and swipes were immediate and accurate. I had read a review from a gentlemen who said quality was great, but gave it three stars and said the screen was questionable because it wasn't the same as the Retina, then admitted in the same review that the only way to get a Retina display would be to take it to Apple for repair. Such nonsense to ding a product for not being a Retina, even though you KNOW it's not possible to be a Retina. Also, without setting this screen side-by-side with a Retina, you could not possibly identify it as an aftermarket. The differences are just that subtle. Ignore reviews like this - they're nonsensical. My ONE gripe, is that the tool-kit that I received lacked the tweezers featured in the ad, but everything else was there. I just used my daughters tweezers, so it was no big deal.

A fronte di un preventivo di più di 300 euro per uno schermo originale questo non ha niente da invidiare. Dopo aver visto un paio di tutorial me lo sono montato abbastanza facilmente. Funziona tutto perfettamente e non notò differenze sostanziali rispetto a prima. Da apprezzare anche la presenza della guarnizione e del pellicola salvaschermo. Attrezzi per il ricambio inclusi un po’ scadenti ma si possono usare. Per ora molto soddisfatto.
