UPDATE 9/22/2022: There were some reviews that claim discoloration after use. I have experience that, but here are the details on how it happens. I decided to try fried chicken KFC style. Unfortunately, the basket only fits 4 to 5 drumsticks. I was making 20 drumsticks. So I cook back to back 5 sets at 400 degree for 20 mins each. Pretty much a little over an hour and a half. Draining out the oil each time, but not cleaning out the basket. Any cookware taking that much of abuse will get bake on grease. Hence the discoloration. Also, its not that bad looking as some made it out to be. Still works and the fat does not stick to the silicone. So tip, clean out your basket completely to avoid this.This is the largest size Silicone Basket I could find for a 7QT air fryer. If it were an inch bigger, it would have been perfect. But I understand this is a universal product. The Silicone Basket is the ideal solution to avoid using and then ruining your grill plate. I am unsure how it does, but it circulates the air inside and provides the same results as using the grill plate. It does get hot like the grill plate, so be careful when handling it after use. Clean-up is a breeze. I take the basket out and dispose of the oil/fat left from the food, if any. Then I invert it to wash. Yes, it is dishwasher-safe, but I prefer to wash it by hand. It has not stained, melted, or shown any signs of wear. I wish I had known about this product when I bought my air fryer. But better now than never.

I use this almost daily. I also use the paper perforated ones too. I have a small air fryer and I eat a lot of vegetables so this silicone basket is so handy. I love how easy it cleans up and leaves my air fryer clean also. Glad I bought it. Also saves me on the paper ones too. I do still use the paper ones just not as much. Thanks for a great product.
