Absolutely love this product! We had a beautiful square Moen shower head and wanted to add a hand sprayer to it. With the cost of adding a sprayer and all the pieces/parts I decided to purchase this one and not use the shower head part. Well, my husband put it up before I could tell him my plan and I love the shower head too! It puts out a nice heavy/steady rain shower and the sprayer is perfect for our needs. I like the ease of changing the spray patterns by the touch of a button. Not sure how long that will work though, the button stuck a bit a one point.Nice chrome look finish. High shine. It is plastic as stated so please note if you absolutely don't want that. For the price I don't think you will find metal/brass.The shower head is a rain fall spray. I like the steady, heavy feel of the spray. Not a stinging feel but soothing. I am happy with the placement of the head on the arm. I know some like the rain shower head directly above them but with where the connection of the hose for the hand held sits I don't think it would work. You might be able to figure something out though. I haven't thought too much about it.The hand sprayer has three spray patterns. One is hard, full spray; the second is a mist with a ring of light spray that can sting if you have a sunburn and feels refreshingly cool if you hold it away from your body; and the third spray is a combination that feels good too! But like I mentioned above, the button to change the spray pattern got stuck once and would not change until I pressed it several times. Hope it doesn't break on the mist pattern!The hose for the hand sprayer is approximately five feet but too short for our needs. We like to sit on our shower stool and wash our feet/shave my legs/wash the dog but it is too short for that. We have a square shower that is about 4x4 maybe. The extra holder for the hand sprayer that attaches to the wall does not work for us. We have a porous tile and it falls off whether we use the suction cup or the adhesive strip supplied. We might use silicone adhesive. If you don't need it though, the connection/diverter at the shower head has a holder for the sprayer as well. I just don't like trying to reach so high to get it down.I know some have commented about the plastic feel but get this, my expensive Moen fixture is plastic as well!!! I didn't know that until we took it down! I guess if we drop the hand sprayer and it hits the tile wall it won't break the tile like a metal one might! And at the cost of this, please who can complain!!Even though there are very minor issues I still give it five stars and I highly recommend!

This shower head is great! The water comes out at a nice rate where it's both soft but very effective. The dispersion is really really nice, I don't feel like I'm only getting hot in certain spots or have to search for the water. For the price compared to others it's very worth it. A couple of things I was a little disappointed about are that the suction cup does not work very well. Make sure to pull well on it before bothering to put in the handheld. It'll hold for about three minutes otherwise and then release. Also, to switch from the head to the handheld, you have to flip a switch behind the head which is a bit cumbersome, especially if you're short like me (5' 3"). Lastly, you can only really use either the shower head or handheld, not both at the same time. I tried to find a sweet spot in the middle, but you'll just end up with one functioning well and the other with a few flat drips that are wasting water. That being said, it feels great when on, like a spa, whichever you're using. Also there's a holder for the arm on the head (that's a little hard to find again if you're short) if you aren't able to get the suction cup to stick. I had to test several times in different spots before finding a good seal, but it hasn't fallen since. I recommend keeping the water pressure in mind when pulling on the suction cup holder during placement testing to make sure, or you'll find yourself very surprised during a shower.

Love this DreamSpa Ultra-Luxury 9" Rainfall Shower Head/Handheld Combo. When my husband has been temporarily confined to a wheelchair, I was thrilled when he was allowed to come home when I happily agreed to be his caretaker. The responsibilities included in this role is assuring he have the most stress-free experiences while maintaining his dignity and pride, and also showing him I'm here for him no matter what. One of the first things I wanted to do for him, was to make sure he enjoyed his showers. A nice shower has always been important to him and we found the Dream Spa Ultra-Luxury Rainfall Shower provided something that I've never found in any shower head/handheld device, it does exactly what it was made to do. When my husband in on his shower chair and I'm testing the temperature of the water, he's looking at the shower head, then looks to see what I'm doing; once he sees my hand go toward the shower stem to turn the shower on, his eyes are on that shower head. He's just waiting for that cold shot of water to come pouring out of the shower head onto his head, neck, and chest and yet, that never happens. His right thumb securely placed on the handheld button when suddenly he pushes in that button and not even a drop of water falls from the shower head. You can't imagine the relief I see in his eyes as he sees in mine when that handheld button forces every last drop of water out of the handheld device. It's amazing. I can honestly say in all my years this is the very first shower head/handheld device I've ever owned or used that has done the job it was meant to do. I love this DreamSpa so much, I ordered another for our upstairs bathroom and received it within days of having purchased the first one. For anyone that might purchase a DreamSpa after reading this post, will be ecstatic at how well it performs. If it's not doing what I know our first DreamSpa did, then it must be defective. I'm quite confident that our 2nd DreamSpa purchase will be just as wonderful as our first.

Fácil de instalar, sin perforar nada. Pensé que el material era metálico y es plásticoMetalizado, lo cual la hace ligera pero disminuye la calidad.Buena presión de agua, solo me hubiera gustado que el cable de la regadera adicional fuera más largo.

Es fácil de colocar pero se siente un poco delgado el plástico. De vista parecera ser de metal,pero en cuanto se toda se siente de un material delasiado delgado, veremos en unos meses si no se pierde la vista ogeneral.algun otro problema el material, pero hasta ahora a 2 semanas dd haberlo colocado funciona bien.
