Fat and The Moon - All Natural/Organic Sensitive Pit Cream (Baking Soda Free) (2 oz)

Love this all natural deodorant! It’s incredible what chemicals, fake colors and scents that are added into everyday cosmetics and body care products. I normally need a good coverage with my deodorant and it took a lot of sampling to find the ones that worked best. This natural deodorant has a neutral scent and comes in a sensitive skin version that I use. You apply this deodorant with your hands, however it is streak free when applied and rubbed in well. I still sweat as it isn’t meant to completely stop that, but it does a good job keeping it at bay and neutralizing any odors. This and Mamalani products from Kauai are my top two choices so far and it’s certainly worth a try. Plus I love to reuse the containers for my homemade body and face creams.

This, truly, is the BEST natural deodorant I have ever come across. I have tried Primal Pit Paste, Schmidt's, Tom's, Herban Cowboy, that weird crystal deodorant you find at Whole Foods...none of it compares to this.I am not an overly sweaty or stinky person - I'm pretty average, but I do workout 6 days a week and spend a lot of time being active. I have been using natural deodorant for about 3.5 years now, and loved a different brand until my pits eventually had enough with the baking soda and started to angrily revolt - red rashes irritation, burning, discomfort...it was awful. I found Fat and the Moon's Sensitive Pit Cream through recommendation from a friend, and bought a small size to try. That was over a year ago, and I have used nothing else but this deodorant, and it WORKS. It feels great on my underarms and is completely non-irritating. After about 7-8 hours I may find I need a little more, but honestly that was the situation with regular deodorant as well. I love knowing that I'm not putting aluminum or other harmful ingredients on my skin, and I love supporting a smaller company that makes quality products.This stuff is the BEST. I now buy two at a time so I won't run out...I cannot recommend this highly enough!

I love this product! I am a women in my 60's, I have found over the years that store brand deodorants are good in the beginning but after months/years of using them they no longer worked for me. At the end of a long day I smelled like a combination of body odor and stale deodorant, not to mention the yellow stains left on my clothes. I have been using Fat and The Moon for over a year and it is the most effective deodorant I have ever used. I first bought the regular formula and sometimes I would get a red rash under my arms. I changed to the sensitive formula and it works just as good and no rash. It is on the pricy side but it's worth every penny...it lasts a long time, you only need a small amount. Plus it's all natural no chemicals...

This paste works very well for me! I am one of those that has developed a pit sensitivity out of nowhere. Deodorants with aluminum were causing a burning sensation. I then tried aluminum free products, but those caused itching and irritation, without the burning. I then tried natural deodorant paste, such as Primal Pit Paste, and I had a reaction to the baking soda. I started getting the red rash and scaling that others seem to get due to the ph of the baking soda.So, if you are like me, trying to find a natural deodorant that is aluminum and baking soda free is very difficult. There seem to only be a couple brands on the market. I tried Primal Pit Paste's sensitive stick, but it was like rubbing a bar of soap in my pits; painful and difficult to spread. I then stumbled on Meow Meow Tweet's product, but they only make it in one scent and I am not a fan of the grapefruit smell. My second batch was very gritty and forced me to move on.I then found this Fat and the Moon product and was pleased. The scent is non offensive, and works well for men. The paste keeps me from smelling all day long and works well. I then ordered a second jar and that one is just way too hard to spread. I am not sure what changed, but I really have to apply pressure to get enough out of the jar and onto my fingertips. If the jar has been sitting in the sun, then it is fine.I just ordered my third jar and if it has the same issue I will likely try and return it and go back to my search.

I have an allergy to baking soda deodorants and have tried everything and this is brand I just discovered on Amazon is WONDERFUL. It smells great (I have no idea what the other reviewers were saying about a peculiar smell) - the scent is light and lovely and does not taking any getting used to at all. It is very moisturizing and gentle but effectively keeps all odors at bay which is a miracle. And I am not allergic to it! No itchiness or skin irritation whatsoever. I LOVE this product. Btw I have tried all the other ones like Dr. Schmidts, Keihl's and Primitive Pitt Paste - but Fat & The Moon is by far the best product and most effective at eliminating odor.

I REALLY like this. I have been looking for a natural deodorant for years that actually works and this one does. I found a product last year that worked (can’t remeber the name but it worked great!) except that after 4 or 5 days I developed a rash - I think from the cornstarch but that’s mostly a guess. Anyway I stopped using the other product and retried it only to have the same rash occur. Then I found this pit paste for sensitive skin and Viola! No rash and no pit stink, so double score in my book! Love this stuff!

I ordered this product twice. I loved it so much the first time, the smell was wonderful, kept me dry and no BO all day. Of course I ordered it again, but the smell was so off-putting it made me gag! Maybe I got a bad batch, or it went rancid but it made me not want to order it again. Too bad, I thought I’d found the one...

I love this stuff. After years of using secret clinical strength, it a) stopped working well for me and b) starting giving me a mild rash, so I looked to switch to a more natural deodorant. I tried a couple of big name natural deodorants - they didn't irritate my skin but also didn't work. I tried Fat and the Moon sensitive and it's just what I was looking for! Even after a strenuous hike out in the sun, I didn't smell. Full disclosure: this stuff smells pretty "earthy" - I'm into that, but I know others aren't.
