Had to wait for three weeks for it to arrive but when it did top quality seat cushion perfect size nice and comfy to sit on very well packed top quality item thankyou 😊😊😊

Item does flatten out to soft and comfy
Arrived very flattened and creased so not initially impressed but after a few days it flattened out and became crease free - quite amazing process! I would say that it is firm /soft regards comfort but is definitely thick enough on a slatted metal bench. It is waterproof and dries quickly in the sun. I have grey which is a dull grey so I probably would have chosen a brighter colour if I had known but apart from that I am pleased with it.

5cm too short - return TO CHINA - AT MY COST!
Item is 5cm too short, as per the title my only option seems to be to return this FAULTY item to CHINA at my own cost! Disgraceful!

Oh, yes! Well worth the wait.
These took an eternity to arrive, alarmed when first opened but within 24 hours of unpacking cushions had expanded fully, really comfortable.
