I received the package in 2 days as expected with prime membership. Flat iron was wrapped with bubble wrap with nice box from product getting dinged while shipping. The flat iron was very light weight but felt durable at the same time. It has a nice chrome finish on the side with company logo engraved on the handle. Very nice touch and details which you do not see in other flat iron.As side from the flat iron looking nice, the flat iron performed better than I expected. The flat iron was recommended from my trusting stylist so I can style my own hair at home since I was not able to visit her every week to have my hair styled. It takes some practice to do your own hair but it is doable with some patience. I have short coarse hair so this was perfect size to do my hair. You can see from my picture the width of the plate compared to BIC pen. I was able to straighten, curl to give it some volume and give it some style. My hair is dry but came out silky and lightweight without using any products. You can adjust the temperature from 250F - 450F. I left the temperature setting between 350-370 even with my coarse hair. I did not see reason to go over 370 since I'm using it on short hair and did not want to damage my hair. I would recommend starting with low temperature first then gradually go up one temperature setting at a time. One pass is all it takes so i'm able to cut my styling time in half and also mean less heat damage on my hair.Since I travel alot to Europe and has a dual voltage upto 240V feature, I will be taking this every time I travel. All I need is adapter since it automatically coverts to different voltage.I would recommend this to any who has short hair or to do small touch ups. I will consider other sizes from this company when my hair grows out. Already looking to purchase dryer from this company.

So far so great! I have 4C, natural Afro hair in a pixie cut and this flat iron works amazingly!! I do have to turn the heat up higher to get the silk-press/curl I want but I make sure to deep condition and apply a good thermal protectant before

I like that you can control the heating settings.

Perfect for short cuts but get the dombed plates for better curling.
