I became acquainted with this knife through a food service job. Although I have expensive knives at home, was so impressed with this knife that I found/purchased one for myself through Amazon. Now I'm purchasing them for friends and family! As this review title suggests, it is lightweight , extremely sharp, and very comfortable in the hand. An EXCELLENT value for the money. Dishwasher safe, too, although I usually hand wash my knives. I haven't used any other sizes of this brand except the one I purchased, 3-1/2" Scalloped Paring Knife, but expect they would be of equal quality.

For the price, this knife is better than I might have expected. Having said that, it is just too lightweight for my comfort. I wanted to love it since I like to support US products, and I tried. I'm really disappointed in the Dexter Duo Glide paring knife that I also bought. It's touted to be great for people with arthritis in their hands. That one arrived so dull I thought I had gotten a spreader rather than a knife!

I ordered this night because I have one and I love it however this is not the same as the one I got from the Dexter Russell. It is no different than a cheap Walmart knife.

I use this knife for everything! It’s super sharp and handles so well, I’ve had to order more.

I absolutely love this knife. The way it fits my hand, the ability it gives me to make tiny dicing. The serrated edge is always sharp. A must in my kitchen.
