Anyone who is planning a garage/yard sale should get this book. It is well written, has many great tips, and has good antidotes. Ms Sabulis has mentioned things that I would have never thought of and I'm sure many other people haven't, either. The timeline is extremely helpful as to what should be done and when. I have had a few yards sales over the years and none have been what I would call successful. My last one, just a few weeks ago- I applied many of the tips that Ms Sabulis has written in her book and it was the best sale I have had to date. I am planning another sale soon and I have reread the book to see if I can improve on my last sale.

This is a great book. I didn't know squat about conducting a garage/yard sale. This book is an easy read and it is thorough. It starts at the beginning and organizes every step according to a timeline. I had steady traffic all day which to me means success. I got a lot of compliments from my attendees about how well organized they found everything from my advertising and signage to the placement of my items at my sale. All of it, I learned from this book.

If you are totally dumb and unfamiliar with yard sales, this book might be helpful. But if you're the average person that has been to yard/garage sales or had one before, you really won't learn anything new.

I found this book extremely useful. I especially liked how clear and concise it is.It is very well organized so you can go right to a particular aspect. I've beenholding yard sales for many years but read pointers I had never thought of.

This book has lots of good ideas that I used when I had a garage sale this past weekend. I used the books suggestions for advertising online and the tips given about putting up signs and I was amazed at how many more people came than in the past. I used the suggestions for displaying and pricing items and things that I've tried to get rid of at other sales got sold this time. This weekends sale was the best I've ever had. Well worth the price!
