Fitting Instructions are wrong.
Very straight forward if you don’t follow the fitting instructions!The distance of the brackets is quoted as 150 mm apart, but the towel rail is 500mm wide.What you have to do is fit the brackets as far apart as possible for good support.The towel works very well with good heat output.

The towel radiator was damaged leaking and not fit to put up
I was very disappointed as the radiator Heather was damaged quite a bit and was leaking when we received it
