Fast delivery but advertised to hold a 10 piece extension n holds only 5
In the pictures it shows that it holds 10 piece extensions n once you get the machine it clearly holds only 5 so I purchased the wrong extensions. Other than that the delivery was fast n quality is good.

No instruction booklet
An instruction booklet would have been wonderful.Machine seems well made and sturdy, however haven't used it due to no instruction yet. Bought the wrong hair to go with it 2x now. Clips do not come with machine and are absolutelyneeded to use. Would have been nice to know. Also advertising doesn't specifically state which type of extensions to buy with the machine.

Hard to use on self
I am a licensed cosmetologist and have used many different types on clients and myself. This isn’t user friendly and the extensions when they actually attach to the hair fall out easily breaking off your hair. They are more visible then tape in extensions and they slip down your hairline. All in all it’s a no from me!

10 vs 5
I have both the 5 and 10 and after using each of them I now prefer the 5 row. Much cleaner extension fit in areas where there is not much space. Like side of head. Also I recently learned that 5 row is actually 2nd gen and 10 row is first gen. Not sure how true that is but the 5 row comes out cleaner.
