Great machine, great price
I purchased this for use in a Residence Hall at a large southern university so it gets plenty of use at our events and programs. It arrived with a broken lightbulb but I called the number in the packaging and the company shipped out a box of replacement bulbs (that's right...not just one bulb, they sent me SEVERAL bulbs) at no cost. In addition, they company representative told me where I could go and what type of bulb I could buy locally. GREAT customer service and a fabulous product!
