Vuebell Wifi Video Doorbell, Wireless Video Intercom Doorbell with Motion Detection, Night Vision Infrared LEDs , Two-way Audio for IOS and Android App

This thing is amazing. It was easy to install and it used my existing doorbell wiring and transformer. It works over a wide range of AC and DC voltages (8 to 32 volts AC or DC). The field of view is huge and covers my whole front yard, patio and walkway. The picture on my iPhone 6S+ or my iPad Air 2 is crystal clear with double tap or pinch to zoom plus drag for panning. It has IR illumination and the night vision image is pretty good too. It also has an independent PIR motion detector (separate from the camera) that detects when someone approaches it. You can set it to alert you when this happens or only when someone presses the blue bell shaped illuminated icon (i.e. the doorbell ). It can be set to just take a snapshot when someone approaches, or full video. It is very flexible with either local storage (micro SD card) or the free cloud storage (not sure what the "free" limit is but I have lots of snaps and video clips in the cloud so far). It has already saved my bacon a couple of times when I have been out. I can answer the doorbell from anywhere and speak whoever is there. If its the UPS guy I can get him to leave the package for me.I am going to be getting more of these VueBell's for my friends and family. They make great gifts. You can even share your VB's feed with your friends/family and vice versa. Great for looking after my brother in-law's place when he and his family are on vacation.Oh, and it comes with a plug in door chime speaker unit that plays good sounding chimes. You can select from a whole bunch of chime patterns and tones/sounds. You can have several VueBell's (Front Door, Side Door, Back Door, etc.) and they each can have a different pattern so you know which is which.I love this thing. I highly recommend!

I love that it hooks up to your existing doorbell wiring without the need for additional power. The image quality during the day is good, not great. Much of this is probably because the sun faces the doorbell much of the time. At night, the night vision is excellent. And after the most recent app updates, we've had no problems getting notifications and pictures of people ringing the bell. The only other criticism is that often people have a hard time figuring out where to press to ring the doorbell. Suggestion for future improvement... But overall, we really like it.Further, we lost the ringer and Vuebell was willing to send us a replacement without hassle or difficulty. Great customer service via chat.

Very difficult to install. Software its ok but it does not reach Internet connection easily. Image and ring is delayed often. I have the best and the fastest internet service, I never have problems with it. However, this door bell has difficulty connecting. the voice feature is not great either. the chime part needs batteries, you can not plug it into the wall so you have to make sure to have batteries handy. for recording you have to buy a year service or month to month which is ridiculous! it is also build with cheap materials and it looks like a toy. For the price, this product has been disappointing.

This product when working for a very short time had fair to good reviews so I took a chance instead of buying RING for a higher price. BAD decision! Hard to install but mostly tech support was both good and poor. Only able to.one tech was knowledgeable and helpful the others did what they could but in the end I'm left with a doorbell that doesn't even ring much less use the video feature. Now they don't even support it nor can I return it. OMG! Just threw away $109. I'm very unhappy!!!

Stopped working, of course there is no way to tell, and now when I tried to login, forgot password and did a reset thing. Sure enough temp password they email works but NOW it wants to update the app during the password change and ends up deleting my account.

It works great when it works. I am on 3rd one though. The company replaced the broken ones but they only last about six months. Both of the ones that stopped working lost internet connection. I tried everything to troubleshoot them. I did however have a problem setting up this last one but it just started working on its own after a few days. Not sure why that happened. I did not have any trouble setting the other two up. But it is working fine now (until 6 months from now).

Previously left a 5 star review, but after a little over 2 weeks of having the bell installed problems arises. Varying from nightly motions failing to upload pictures properly and them being broken on the cloud, to the unit being offline and completely dead now. Will be returning.Excellent video doorbell with various sensitivity and clear quality. As well as a fairly easy install and connection!

If you don't have an existing doorbell you will need to hire an electrician to install it and they will charge you $250. to install it.IF YOU DON'T ALREADY HAVE A DOORBELL IN THE LOCATION YOU ARE GOING TO PUT IT, IT REQUIRES A POWER SOURCE AND A TRANSFORMER.

Very good Customer Service. Expect software upgrade to be able to customize alert zone.
