the product was perfect, but the delivery driver walked past my front door to deliver it to my backdoor. Why would he/she do this? My front door is in the front of the house. This makes no sense to me what-so-ever

Ive been cleaning my filter but i could never get all the dog smell out of my vacuum. For the price i can clean the filter a few times and trash the filter after the smell starts to get imbedded in the filter!
