Once you have a heated bathroom floor, you will never want a cold floor again.
This is the second bathroom in which I have installed floor heat. The first used a wire embedded in mesh (preferred for ease of installation) and this was just the wire and a strip of metal to hold it down. Everything works great! Next time, though, I would opt for the mesh just because the metal makes it harder to keep the install neat. I still highly recommend the product. PS - I set the floor sensor thermostat for 85 degrees F - perfect!

Wire is well insulated. The monitor is a nice touch. Cheaper than other brands. I bought this one because it was the only one I could find that covers 200sqf in one circuit. Holds temp easily down to 0 Fahrenheit. Huge hit on electric bill, but that is to be expected with any brand. Would recommend and buy again.
