Left armrest dented 12 days after receiving the chair, then right armrest dented one month later.
The armrest got a bid dent under the chair cover. I can't see the hole but I can feel it. It's the size of a baseball and it feels as if there are splinters inside. The right armrest then dented one month later. I can't see how it's broken since the upholstery covers it but I certainly can feel the splits. The chair overall seems flimsy and not very good quality. If you have lower back issues, do not buy it. It seems comfortable at first but hurt my back afterwards. I'm sorry I bought it. The company expects me to take it to UPS myself but no way can I do that by myself. They should have someone pick it up. I bought a UNITERS Warranty, good for 3 years. I recently filed a Claim and am awaiting their decision. I will update when I get a response.

Doesn't pay to be CHEAP.. Tall people BEWARE
[UPDATE 2/19/20... the arm rest issues that others mentioned in comments have proved true with this recliner as well, holes you cannot see because of fabric but you can feel where the elbow typically rest...not a wise purchase] This is now a play/ reading chair for my nephew.__________________________________________I bought this chair for my loved one who is in recovery from stroke, etc and learning how to walk again.Feedback :>I'm 5 feet 2 inches and this recliner (doesn't recline all the way back) is uncomfortable. I even used a chair and back pad with the hopes that it would be more comfortable. I intentionally bought a slim model because it's easier to get the Hoyer lift around it to lower my mom into this chair. It's a very hard sitting chair.>The recliner foot rest is too short. My mom's (5'6") lower legs and feet hang off the end. I laid in this chair for several hours to test it out. This is probably one of the first times that I've ever been miserable in a recliner style chair.> The arm and foot rests feel like hard wood.>Easy assembly, the screw-on legs are plastic so this chair probably cannot take a licking and keep on ticking (e.g lots of moving around)... best for a child> I need to be able to move this piece of furniture around because I also use a hoyer lift and we have a medical bed but with every little shift comes loud cracking noises>Overall, it's cheap and uncomfortable. Don't waste your time.. by the way, this product arrived in dinged up box. I used box cutters to get it out only to find instructions and an accompanying notice that the product has to be returned in original box.I was trying to cut cost because there's so many other expenses to think about. It just doesn't pay to be cheap... lesson learned and the search for a quality chair continues

Faulty arms on my new recliner
I like this recliner very much. Perfect size for my rv. My only problem is that the left side arm (when sitting in the recliner) is very poorly made. I have to use my arms to raise out of chair and I heard a ripping sound the first time i got out of the chair. I thought the fabric had torn but that was not the case. After getting up from the chair several more times, i heard same sound while usung different parts of the arm of chair to push up on. I finally realized that is the wood breaking. Sounds like pressed wood that has been weakened by water and then allowed to dry. So now i have 4 depressions in the arm and this is brand new. I just received it August 20th. The right arm is stronger and I only have one depression at the back of the arm. I am not a large woman and I am surprised that I am having an issue with just the one side. Very strange. Just thought the seller would want to know. The may want to inspect their merchandise before it is shipped out. Other than that, I really like everything else about the chair.

No side pull
NO side pull mechanism for easy reclining. In description, it listed it twice but ... nope! Arrived late and it is not as listed in the description.Update: I contacted the company and received outstanding customer service.

Nice little chair
I have a very small wall that I wanted to put two small recliners on. After going through a furniture store and seeing very similar chairs selling for $1000 I figured I'd give these a shot just to see if I even like this size chair. They're perfect. Very comfortable and I use this chair every night to watch tv in. My husband uses the other one sometimes - he is 6 foot and not a small guy. He fits comfortably but it's not his first option when the couch is open. The boxes were delivered extremely quickly and in good shape and I had the chairs together in under 10 minutes total. My only complaint is that the legs do not screw into the chair very well and stay kind of loose but that's very minor once the chairs are in place. For what they cost they are well worth the money. I have not been gentle on the chairs and as I mentioned, I sit in the same one every night and have not noticed any wear or change in the cushion feel. I'm pleasantly surprised at how nice they look and how comfortable they are.

Easy assembly
Good looking chair good for small spaces. Assembly was minimal and fairly easy. Reclining takes place at the foot rest and not the arms so it takes a little getting used to.
