I bought this product about a month ago because I get breakouts, especially since wearing a mask all the time. I have become addicted to this thing. I will sit and use it until the battery is dead. A downside is the battery only lasts an hour or two but I feel for most people that's more than enough, I'm just weird. The camera works through an app that you have to download, the app will crash from time to time but I just open it back up, it's a minor inconvenience to me but not that big of a deal. I use it on my hubby and the kids too, cause ya know, I'm weird and enjoy this kinda thing. For me this was totally worth it and the small flaws aren't enough to make me dislike it. If you enjoy watching bump popping videos buy this, you will love it.

This is super easy to use and doesn’t hurt one bit. I’ve tried so many different face masks and tools to remove the gunk on my nose and chin and I always end up looking like Rudolph the red nose rain deer. Not with this tool! It’s so gentle yet so effective and there’s something super satisfying about watching yourself get out all the gunk on camera. Who knew there was so much dirt on my face? Recommending this to all my friends. Can’t wait to try it on my husband

The media could not be loaded. I have purchased several of these since we either lose it or the camera quality deteriorates. This one has the best resolution I’ve seen yet. The app is a little tricky and you may need to turn WiFi off and on and reconnect but otherwise it works just fine.I also appreciate the battery life being shown on my device. None of the others I’ve had has done this.

So I was using the ear cleaner to look at my face up close lol probably weird but hey anyway I decided to look for the same setup for ears but for the face and ran into this along with another option I chose this one. I received couple days later and was excited to use but disappointed that it had to be charged first so I waited eagerly for the charge to complete after maybe 40 minutes it was charged it has a ring with a light to tell you when it’s charging. There is no on/off switch on this unit I was told by the maker when the cap comes off the unit powers on. Connecting to the phone/app is fairly simple just open the app then it will tell you to go to wifi settings and join their network and now you can begin clearing your face.initially I used it for about 20 minutes and the battery was maybe about half dead but I charged again fully and the second I used it for around 45 minutes before the low battery warning showed up so plenty of time to clear some unwanted junk from your face. Some people like to see the pops for you that do get ready to be excited because at least with iPhone the resolution of good and clear. I would definitely recommend this product. While using I may have got a little aggressive and bent the metal part that does the popping so I had to contact the company and they first wanted to credit some of the purchase price but the item was really no longer usable so they agreed to send me a replacement which I received in a couple days. It’s great when the need to contact a seller is met with actual help and a response. Get ready to remove those nasty blackheads but just don’t overdue it. The popper part seems to be made of quality metal though. Your face will probably need few days of healing once your finished up. The item does come with a couple manual poppers and a few alcohol pads for cleaning the head after use which is enough to get you started.

Product worked pretty well for about 10 days. Now then metal instrument you attach at the end keeps popping off at the slightest touch so it’s unusable now. Also the charging cable is a flimsy weak magnet so you can’t really use it while it’s charging without it unhooking .Update: i was able to glue the end piece back on with super glue and it worked for a couple months. It has since cracked at the plastic part where the camera is housed and the metal extractor connects. The piece cracked all the way down the side and now the tool just falls to pieces.

This acne tool has a great camera with 4 or 5 closer zoom settings, it's disgusting how clearly I can see my pores and its amazing. It helps me keep up with my blackheads and keep my nose creases clean. I recommended it to my roommates and coworkers, anyone who can handle seeing extractions. Easy to clean and easy to use. You do have to connect it to it's own wifi thing, but even that is as easy as switching networks. 10/10

I am very happy with this choice. My son was impressed using it. This extracts all the impurities that are never noticed with the naked eye. I loved every detail! How it works, the charger with magnet, the price, the packaging is very sealed and it looks exactly like it is used by professional doctors. I am a very delicate person, and when I like something, I make it known to 4 winds. I sincerely recommend it 100%

The media could not be loaded. This tool does exactly what I was hoping it would do. The images are super clear and the tool is very easy to navigate. It’s also very sturdy! I highly recommend and it’s quite entertaining to watch those pimples pop right out. This product also came with a very nice bonus gift. I’m highly satisfied 😄
