Vier CI28 Induction 18/10, Stainless Saucepan Diameter 28 cm, Silver, 28 cm

To set the scene...I'm disabled with sometimes problems with my hands; two handled pans are safer, steadier, better, but I don't eat a lot and there's only one of me and it seemed to be a law of saucepan world that only large pans, 20 cm plus, are double-handled and I don't want a large pan I can barely lift empty, never mind full, speaking as someone who had regretfully to consign to the charity shop a wonderful frying pan for that very reason. This is just the perfect little me-size two-handled pan. Of course it might not be durable and so on, only got it today, but for the moment ten stars.

Looks high quality, handles don't have the screws inside which is a bonus. Very pleased with it.

Pros:Seems to be sturdily made, but time will tell.Not plastic, or anything that can't go in the oven, including on the lid.It's a pot, not much more to say.Cons:Very wasteful of heat. I have other pans of this size, and I can get them to a roaring boil, but this one just never gets there. It's slow and unresponsive.The lid handle doesn't have a hook, which makes it a nuisance to hang up.The lid handle gets dirty dish water trapped inside, which can then leak in to the pan. The only way to get it all out is to unscrew the lid handle, wash, and then screw it back together.

J'ai toujours entendu que le téflon était le mieux pour que ça ne colle pas. Et bien non! Cette casserole est parfaite et nrme colle pas du tout. J'achète le modèle 26 du coup. Et sans Pas 😄
