Nature's Advantage Dog Treats, Lovin' Beef Liver 21 oz

We have used the Nature's Advantage Butcher's Beef Dinner dog food as our high-value treat for months. It is Hazel the Hound's favorite snack and she will do just about anything for a piece. I am so impressed with the quality of this brand that I didn't even think twice about ordering these freeze dried beef liver treats. Predictably, Hazel is crazy for them. Before you balk at the price, just know that this bag is huge. When you open it, the contents smell fresh and meaty. These aren't styrofoam treats from an unknown source. Hazel was in another room when I opened the bag and when her super sniffer got wind of these treats, she was right in front of me. They're a great size for all dogs and if they're a little big for those of you with little dogs, they are super easy to cut down to a smaller size. As an added bonus (?) one of my cats is absolutely crazy for all of the Nature's Advantage products, as well. I'm not usually a huge "Made in the USA" cheerleader, but I am when it comes to my pets' food and treats. These are worth every penny and I feel confident when I give them to my best girl (and the cat).

My dog loves freeze dried food and treats, so I am always on the look out for good ones. I try to get ones that have the least amount of fillers and other stuff in them as I can, while being mindful of the price.There’s no denying that this Natures Advantage is priced high. But considering it’s a single ingredient treat (beef liver and that’s it) and doesn’t even have any preservatives, that’s huge! I definitely love the ingredient quality!My dog absolutely loves these as well. He goes nuts for them. I have had this brands freeze dried dog food, and while my dog likes it I just can’t justify the price to continue to buy it. But since these are treats they go a whole lot further. So even though these are priced high I think it’s worth it as a treat. I have been giving these to my pup nearly every day for the last 3 weeks and I still have over half a bag left. So it’s really not to bad at all. Overall I will definitely purchase these in the future and highly recommend!

The Nature's Advantage Freeze Dried Treats are snacks that my dog went absolutely NUTS over. These treats are very limited in ingredients - the Lovin' Beef Liver treats consists of beef liver and that's it. The little cubes vary in size with most being the size the shape of a standard playing die. Whenever I opened the bag, my dog would immediately come over to receive his little treat and would happily devour it like a little piglet. The treat has a very distinctive meaty scent that thankfully doesn't transfer to fingers or rugs easily as it's not oily. It didn't cause any type of digestion distress, and because it's only a single ingredient, also didn't cause huge bowel movements or gas in him. Like all freeze dried snacks, these treats can be somewhat dry, so I would keep a bowl of water out for your dog to drink afterwards. Overall, if you're looking for a very healthy single ingredient treat for your dog, this is a great option to consider.

These treats are a huge hit in our house! We have 3 dogs (6lb Yorkie/Chihuahua mix, 35lb Boxer/Beagle/Staffordshire Terrier mix, and 50lb Shiba Inu/Australian Cattle dog mix) and ALL 3 of them LOVE these treats! They STINK so much that my husband and I always talk about how stinky they are when we open them to give the dogs treats but the dogs GO NUTS for them! I really like the fact that they are only one ingredient because that makes me feel good about giving them to my pups. Our biggest dog has food allergies and can't have anything from chickens. It is SO hard to find food and treats that don't have some form of chicken in them but these are great! They are pricey ($31.99 for a 21 ounce bag at the time of this review) but they are also just straight beef liver and nothing else so you have to weigh out the pros and cons. Overall, I would get these again.

My dog loves freeze-dried and knew exactly what this was when I opened the package - he was excited! We put some form of freeze-dried product as a topper on his kibble to get him to eat as he's pretty picky. Of course, before putting this with kibble, I wanted him to try it out and see if he liked it. He snatched it right from my hand, scarfed it down, and then waited for another... it was good to go. Since then, we have mixed this in with his kibble and have used it as treats!I love that these treats are single ingredients (beef liver) and there are no fillers or artificial ingredients! My dog really loved this and as it's a high protein and single ingredient treat, I'm happy giving it to him!All in all, I would purchase again!

My beagle is as food-driven as any other beagle. Because she lived in a backyard for most of her life before coming to us, we had to re-housebreak her and help her enjoy walks. So walking involves frequent small treats.These work well for that purpose. Larger chunks but light textured so not a calorie bomb. Made in the USA so no worries about food safety. Limited ingredients, so she digests them easily.All that said, they are on the pricey side. You do get a large amount in the bag so not really out of line.Recommended if you can swing the cost.

These freeze dried beef liver treats are enjoyed by our 3 Chihuahua-mix fur babies. Each dog has different taste in treats and I'm glad that all of them approve of these healthy treats.The bag contains countless pieces of freeze dried beef liver so this has lasted longer than many other dog treats. Currently priced at $31.99 for a 21 ounce bag, this is a great value.Made, sourced & packaged in the USA, this is a product that I prefer to those that are imported from countries that may not have the same standards for something members of my family would eat. I recommend this product.
