Time saving solution
This is the only fastener I use on exterior doors now, buy the GRK bit though I’ve broken two of the U2 ones I only use my drill to install never the impact

Super handy for installing door frames
These adjustable fasteners are fantastic for installing door jams. The micro adjustments you can make when they are in place really work well for getting the jams squared up easily. While they are advertised as removing the need for shims, I recommend still using shims for the "rough" alignment of the jams first then using these fasteners to both hold the door in place and making final adjustments. The only thing that I was not completely happy with and that was not initially obvious to me is that you have to drill in a fairly sizable (~1/2 inch wide) countersink hole so that the top of the star drive head sits flush with the inside face of the jam. This can still be hidden behind the weather stripping, but needs to be done carefully so it's deep enough, but you don't accidentally drill do deep with such a big bit.

These are great if you have plaster walls and are fixing or reparing sections.
I have wallbord walls (1/4 inch 2 by 8 pieces of drywall with brown coat and plaster over them) the browncoat is hard and applied for the walls and ceilings to look flat, but they are far from flat. even with a one foot by 1 foot patch the shims needed are all over the place. Using these screws you can push the corners in or out as needed. think of them as variable shims with about .25 range.
