I ordered these boxes for my siblings to commemorate our mother who passed away recently. Not only are they beautiful and well made, with perfectly legible text and a great melody from the box, but the sellers somehow realized (probably because I put our mother’s birth and death dates as part of the inscription) that the boxes were commemorative and included a note of condolence. I never write reviews but I am so touched by this small gesture of kindness, thank you ❤️Based on other reviews please note these are small - they fit in the palm of your hand. They are beautiful and make a great sound but please don’t rate this product lower because it’s smaller than expected!

Very nice music box! I got it as a gift for my kids so I engraved it as well. The engraving is done beautifully actually. It is very sturdy (the box as well as music player and wand to play the music). and the music player plays perfectly. My kids (7&8) thought the music player was so cool. I can tell this will last a long time!

MY wife collects music boxes, these are very cool, well made, small but mesmerizing.

I gave this to my dad for Father’s Day with a personalized message, I couldn’t type much because of how little words I could put in, but the box was small so I didn’t mind, until it arrived, there was totally enough space for two more lines of text, and the text wasn’t even centered. However, the engravings on the box are absolutely beautiful, they aren’t messy like I feared they would be. For the music I chose “you are my sunshine” because my father always sang it to me, the music brought tears to his eyes, it sounded clear and just like any other music box. It took forever to deliver though… I would give the product a five star review, but the uncentered text and extra space is offsetting.

I ordered a personalized music box from seller. Upon its "very quick" arrival there was an extra letter in the engraving that should not have been there. I contacted the seller explaining the situation. I received an immediate response. I explained that all I needed was the top cover (that has the engraving in it) replaced. Today I received an entire new replacement music box. The lettering was perfect. This is why I love dealing with family based businesses because they care and makes things right.I highly recommend this company and this music box. The media could not be loaded. Perfect gift for someone who will cherish a thoughtful idea. It’s not perfect by any means but I think that makes it more special. Some of the notes are a bit off and the lid is kinda rickety but, as I stated before, think that is part of the charm. I’d say it’s 3” x 2” x 1.5”.I would t recommend purchasing for a child.

Honestly did not expect this to be so small. Also the glue on the inside is very messy looking. However the worst part is the engraving. It looks different than expected supposed to sayTo: KharverLove always MomThe a in her name does not look like an a and the always w is messed up too.Edit to review: although this was not as I expected. The customer service was impeccable. Without me asking I was refunded for the purchase because the company does stand behind their product and value customer satisfaction.

This is my first time writing a product review, but wow, does this product deserve one. I had added a few characters that did not go through and was messaged the day after I placed my order. The customer service was terrific, they clarified everything and even gave me the option of a refund. I had seen the message a bit late as I wasn't aware that you could get messages on Amazon, but right after we clarified the problem and it only took 2-3 days to get delivered. Honestly amazing and the music box itself was so cute.
