This alert system works well for my disabled son. For individuals that have movement disorders, the button is easy to press to alert me when I am either outside or in another part of the house. The ringer has various chimes to set according to your preference as well. I would highly recommend this device.

This little watch worked like a charm right out of the box. Lots of options. Button pushes pretty easily. I like this item.

Excellent & works well! You’ll get sick of the sound every time you get called! LOL! My Dad had throat cancer & this helped when he needed me!

I bought this because my loved one needs to be able to call me if he falls out of the bed or isn't near an alarm to push for help...this allows him to have it on his person. I really liked it until after about a week, the band ripped and detached from the alarm. I replaced it - and it happened just two days after I received it. It's not strong. I could send it back again, but I'd receive the same band - so I found something that I had that holds the alarm - and it's sort of working for now.

I need something with a very loud annoying sound to wake me from a deep sleep. The receiver makes a ton of terribly awful sounds that would work perfectly but the watch only makes a cute doorbell sound that would never in a million years wake me up.

Works as expected. Worth the buy.
